WU LLC is a law corporation formed in June 2007, following the merger of two firms, Messrs YL Wu & Co. and Messrs PK Ng, Haridas & Partners.  The law corporation has currently 2 directors, namely Wu Yu Liang and Ng Pui Khim.

Ng Pui Khim started her own firm on 16 September 1994.  In November 2002, the firm went into partnership was renamed Messrs P K Ng, Haridas & Partners.
 

In 1993, Wu Yu Liang was one of the partners that formed the law firm of Yeo Wu & Thian.  In May 2000, Mr Wu established the firm of Messrs YL Wu & Co.

The law corporation seeks to provide personal and specialized professional legal services to clients, concentrating mainly in family law, banking and real estate law, commercial and corporate matters, civil litigation, probate and general solicitors work.

WU LLC is a member firm of the Raffles Group Law Practice, a structured network of several law firms.  Currently there are more than 12 law firms in the network which shares valuable resources of experience thus enhancing benefits to clients.
