Ng Pui Khim graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1991 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Singapore Bar in 1992.

Ms Ng commenced her legal practice career with the firm of Messrs Gn & Co. and Messrs Rodyk & Davidson.  She  established her own firm of Messrs PK Ng & Partners on 16 September 1994.  The firm became a partnership when another lawyer joined her and was renamed Messrs PK Ng, Haridas & Partners in November 2002.

In June 2007, Mr Wu Yu Liang and Ms Ng Pui Khim formed a new law corporation WU LLC.

Ms Ng has more than 15 years of experience in areas of legal practice such as property law, divorce matters, adoption, probate and other general solicitors work. 

She is a Chinese Singaporean, is proficient in English and is able to communicate in Mandarin and Teochew.  Ms Ng sits on the sub-committees of the Law Society of Singapore such as the conveyancing committee, small firms committee and Project Law committee.

Ms Ng is often invited for interviews on television by  the “ChannelNewsAsia”, on live radio talk-shows, as well as  by  “Straits Times” newspapers, on matters relating to family law and property law.
